Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Brar Brothers Auto Parts guarantees all parts including engines, transmissions, transaxles, transfer cases, differentials for a period of 30 days, unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.
• In most cases we sell our engines, transmissions, transfer cases and differentials complete but all we are charging for is the housing and rotating assembly. All other parts attached (i.e sensors, cables, and brackets) are not covered under our guarantee.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check all parts prior to installation. WE DO NOT COVER AGAISNT OIL LEAKS OR LEAKING SEALS. New seals must be installed whenever needed.
• Brar Brothers Auto Parts is not responsible for any labour charges, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle or other consequential damage.
• All installs must be completed by qualified personnel
• TRANSMISSIONS- Prior to install transmission cooler lines and cooler must be flushed, and new front and rear seals installed and torque convert must be checked to ensure proper installations. Any damage resulting from failure to complete these steps will void warranty.
• All cores must be prepaid and returned within 14 days of invoice. Core will not be accepted if they are disassembled, have broken/cracked housings or are not fully drained.
• All electrical parts are final sale no exceptions. All parts are tested prior to sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to check part and confirm fitment.
• Body panels, glass, and rims and tires are all final sale. Please thoroughly check part before payment. (i.e paint codes, small dents or scratches, bolt pattern, tire wear/cracks)
• Certain parts that fall under our “problem part” category have been found to have manufacture defects and failures which have special restrictions on our guarantee. Brar Brothers Auto Parts will inform customer of these restrictions upon inquiry/ purchase of said parts.
• After verification by Brar Brothers Auto Parts of alleged defect, including inspection of part, if Brar Brothers Auto Parts considers it necessary we will supply an equivalent part, if no replacement is available, we will issue credit for the amount equal to the buyer’s invoice.
• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and Brar Brothers Auto Parts will only hold parts for 30 days.
• Brar Brothers Auto Parts will only hold Parts on our premises for 30 days after a deposit is received. After the 30 days Brar Brothers Auto Parts will be free to dispose of or re-sell said part.
